Is there any payment needed for me to book an appointment?

Booking your appointment using our facility is free.

What should I bring for my appointment?

You can either bring a copy of your email or show it using your mobile device such as your tablet or smartphone. It will also be helpful that you bring important documents such as relevant laboratory results or referral letters from your HMO Provider.
